Change Your Thoughts – Change Your Life Workshop

This is an intensive eight week workshop designed to give you the basics for making changes in your thought patterns and belief systems, through self-evaluation and self-investigation.

Your beliefs are just thoughts you think over and over.  And it’s your thoughts ( and beliefs) that cause your behavior, choices and habits, including what and how much you eat, whether or not you exercise, etc.

If you have  unhealthy behavior patterns and are overweight,  you most likely have self-sabotaging beliefs lurking in your subconscious mind.  They keep you stuck where you are and cause self-improvement programs and diets to fail because they sabotage your best intentions.

Using my intuitive skills and a unique MasterMind process, I have been able to help many of  my clients uncover self-limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns; releasing them to live more freely, to understand themselves at a deeper level and to be able to finally start shedding those pounds that have caused them so much stress and frustration.

I offer individual coaching and group coaching.  The sessions last anywhere from thirty minutes to forty-five minutes for individuals,  and forty-five minutes to ninety minutes for groups, with unlimited emails and one emergency phone call per week.  All sessions will be done by phone unless otherwise specified.  Groups will be limited to eight participants for each group.
